Uniformly shaped, seasoned veal meatballs made from premium South African lean mince. These meatballs are lightly spiced to be versatile enough for a variety of cuisines, from Italian to Middle Eastern.

Why we like it They maintain their shape perfectly during cooking and offer a much lighter, more delicate texture than beef meatballs. We love how they absorb the flavors of whatever sauce they are simmered in.

How to use it Brown them in a pan first, then simmer in a rich tomato marinara for pasta, or a white cream sauce with dill for a Swedish-style meal. They are also great in hearty vegetable soups.
