Yogini Sally is a passionate yoga student, certified yoga instructor, and a lifelong learner with a childlike heart and a mature mind. To her, yoga represents completeness and balance, and she has dedicated her life to sharing its transformative benefits with others.

Yoga Journey
Sally’s yoga journey began 8 years ago when she tried her first yoga session and instantly fell in love. What started as a personal practice soon became a calling. She began helping others by adjusting poses and sharing her knowledge, which eventually led her to pursue formal training. She completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training (RYS200) with Yoga Deep International Certification (Yoga Alliance) and later advanced her skills with a 500-hour RYT certification in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world.

Specializations and Passions
Sally’s love for creativity and fun led her to explore Air Yoga, where she discovered the joy of teaching yoga on a hammock. Her passion for children inspired her to become a certified Kids Yoga Instructor, allowing her to connect with her inner child while teaching little ones. She incorporates her other passions—colors, drawing, mandalas, and music—into her classes, making her sessions unique, engaging, and deeply meaningful.

Teaching Philosophy
Sally believes that yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic journey of self-discovery and balance. Her teaching style is infused with creativity, playfulness, and mindfulness, making yoga accessible and enjoyable for students of all ages. While she loves teaching all forms of yoga, working with children holds a special place in her heart.
