Stephanie is a Conscious Parenting Coach and the founder of Im’perfect Mom Mindset. Her journey into parenting coaching began after she became a solo mother by choice to her twin boys. Like many parents, she felt unprepared for the emotional challenges of raising children, which led her to discover conscious parenting—a transformative approach that focuses on healing parental wounds to break cycles of control and foster authentic connections.

Career and Expertise

Stephanie’s professional path reflects her multifaceted passions. She began her career as a lawyer, working with the appellate courts of New York and later specializing in personal injury and pharmaceutical litigation. Alongside her legal work, she trained as a psychoanalyst, ran a successful bed-and-breakfast, and earned certification as a sommelier.

Her transition into parenting coaching was driven by her own experiences. After recognizing the limitations of traditional parenting methods, she immersed herself in conscious parenting principles. Today, she combines her analytical background, psychological training, and personal insights to guide parents toward mindful, compassionate relationships with their children.

Stephanie believes children are mirrors of their parents’ unhealed wounds. Rather than focusing on "fixing" behavior, her coaching empowers parents to:
