Biography
Caterina Kostoula is an accomplished Executive & Team Coach and the founder of The Leaderpath, dedicated to helping leaders create meaningful impact through self-awareness, authentic connection, and strategic growth. With a multicultural background—having lived in seven countries across America, Europe, and Asia—she brings a global perspective to leadership development.
Holding an INSEAD MBA, an MSc from Ashridge Business School, and an Executive Coaching Accreditation, Caterina combines academic rigor with real-world corporate experience. She is also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and contributes thought leadership on personal development to Forbes, Fast Company, and Thrive Global.
Career & Expertise
Before founding The Leaderpath, Caterina was a Global Business Leader at Google, where she managed top-tier C-level partnerships and served as an awarded 5-star internal coach. Her corporate journey began in advertising before transitioning into tech leadership and executive coaching.
Today, she coaches leaders from organizations like Google, Amazon, Vodafone, WPP, Ferrero, and ArcelorMittal, as well as entrepreneurs. She also collaborates with INSEAD, coaching EMBA candidates and alumni, and partners with Hult Ashridge Business School in leadership development programs.
