Ingredients: napa cabbage, green onions, carrots, garlic, ginger, gochugaru, fish sauce, shrimp paste, white miso paste, unsweetened pure apple juice, dulse flakes.
Storage: Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C (39°F) at all times. The kimchi is alive and will continue to ferment slowly, becoming tangier over time. Consume within 2-3 months. Keep jar tightly sealed.
